A mystery shopper

1. Is an independent observer working on a contractual basis
2. Is a normal customer who shops at stores and eats at restaurants etc…like everyone else but has a better than average understanding of what is expected by the customer, because he is trained to evaluate and observe what goes on around at various businesses when making unannounced visits
3. Fills out an evaluation form after completion of his assignment (the form should then be graphed and data based for analysis purposes)
4. Follows specific criteria to assess operations of businesses.
5. Makes a difference in producing specific comments.
6. Is conscientious, reliable, objective, observant, detail minded, unbiased, professional, understanding.
7. keeps information confidential.
8. Is a motivated person and likes to do a good job that can be both enjoyable and rewarding

Independent Contractor agreement
I understand that I am an independent contractor to Diagnosis part of Business Improvement services , and not an employee.
I understand that I will be paid strictly on the basis of services rendered.
I understand that I will be paid on the 15th of every month following my shop or until a new payroll effect
I understand that Business Improvement services reserves the right to reject poor quality work
